Our customers are excited that we offer a layaway program at no charge. This allows you to secure your dream gown and pay over time without any additional fees.

We work with two very experienced and professional seamstresses as independent contractors offering in-house alterations by appointment. They handle everything from resizing gowns to everyday women's and men's clothing.

Important Notes:

• We accept appointments for gowns not purchased with us
• Alteration charges vary based on garment type, fabric, and individual needs
• Schedule bridal gown alterations 6-8 weeks before your wedding
• Other formalwear should be scheduled 3-6 weeks prior to wear date
• Rush appointments available upon request

After-hour appointments are generally reserved for our brides. However, Modern Elegance will attempt to schedule other appointments if we are able to do so. Contact us with your special needs and requests.

We have a beautiful bird cage for cards available to rent for your special occasion. You can rent it decorated as-is or decorate it yourself to complement your theme/venue.
